Step 01

Review and quote

A specialist looks at the current state of your books, document volume and sector, then sends a fixed quote within twenty-four hours.

Step 02

Contract and handover

The contract sets out scope, deadlines and each party’s responsibilities. Documents are handed over against a checklist and signed acknowledgement.

Step 03

Monthly bookkeeping

Documents are checked, posted and reconciled. You receive a trial balance each month, together with any risk warnings we have flagged.

Step 04

Prepare and file

Returns are cross-checked before digital signing and online filing. The electronic acknowledgement reaches you the same day.

Step 05

Finalise and archive

At year end we finalise, hand over both the printed ledger set and the digital archive, and stand with you through any tax audit.
